Our Scope

Selection, Supply & Customization

NorthBridge GasTech LLP supplies electrolysers and supporting equipment for industrial applications and energy projects. Engage us for an individual equipment package or a complete solution covering installation, integration, commissioning, and ongoing support.

  1. 01

    Equipment Selection & Supply

Select alkaline, PEM, or AEM equipment around hydrogen demand, gas quality, delivery pressure, available power, and operating hours.

  2. 02

    Configuration & Customization

Define package capacity, controls, gas outlets, and supporting equipment for your application, including oxygen collection where required and supported by the selected design.

  3. 03

    Installation & Commissioning

Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, system interfaces, testing, and commissioning within the agreed scope.

Technology Options

The Right Technology for Your Application

We compare the complete equipment package against your production requirement, utilities, operating strategy, and lifecycle costs.

Alkaline Electrolysers

An established technology using a liquid alkaline electrolyte, typically potassium hydroxide, and a separator between the electrodes. Hydroxide ions carry charge as water splits into hydrogen and oxygen. Widely used for industrial hydrogen production, these systems include electrolyte circulation and gas separation equipment.

PEM Electrolysers

Proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolysers use a solid polymer membrane to conduct hydrogen ions and separate the product gases. Compact stacks and rapid response to changing power input suit variable power supplies and on-site production. They require high-quality feedwater and typically use platinum-group-metal catalysts.

AEM Electrolysers

Anion exchange membrane (AEM) electrolysers conduct hydroxide ions through a solid membrane in an alkaline environment, enabling non-precious-metal catalysts. Commercial systems can use modular units, with electrolyte requirements, operating pressure, and gas treatment determined by the selected equipment.

Beyond the Electrolyser

Supporting Systems & Integration

We bring the electrolyser and its supporting infrastructure together, with equipment interfaces and responsibilities defined for the agreed project scope.

Turnkey Projects & Plant Integration
  • Water treatment & feedwater supply
  • Transformer, rectifier, & electrical panels
  • Cooling & electrolyte circulation, where applicable
  • Gas-liquid separation & hydrogen purification
  • Piping, compression, & storage
  • Instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, & safety systems
